Cannot Select Supplier on PO Header Due to Error: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException (Doc ID 2532396.1)

Symptoms

Error when a supplier is selected in the header while creating a Purchase Order (PO).  

ERROR
"java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException"


STEPS

  1. Login to Application
  2. From the Navigator > Purchasing > Requisitions
  3. Process Requisitions > Manage Orders > Edit Document
  4. Click magnifying glass to search for a Supplier in the Supplier field on the header
  5. Click on a Supplier to select
  6. Error appears:  java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
  7. Click ok in the error box and can proceed with creating the PO.
