ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Attachments and Comments provided on Contract Fulfillment lines doesn't show up on PO Lines

Users provide Attachments and Comments on Contracts > Fulfillment > Line *, Fulfillment *. However, once PO is generated, these attachments and comments don’t get transferred to PO lines. Users expect that Attachments and Comments provided on Contract fulfillment tab are transferred over to Purchase Order.

STEPS

-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create contract with contract lines
2. Insert fulfillment lines and add attachment and comments on fulfillment lines
3. Approve contract
4. Create Purchase Order (Action in fulfillment tab)
