Symptoms
After receiving a P2T, approval notifications are appearing in the bell icon for approvers.
Due to this issue, users are not easily able to find and process approval notifications.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. PO is Submitted.
2. Approvals sent.
3. User(s) are not getting a Bell Notifications.
>> Approval notifications are however in the BPM worklist.
