Symptoms

Duplicate Plan with Access 'Private' Stays in 'Retrying' Status.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Duplicate Plan 'TEST PLAN':
Access: 'Private'
Copy Type: Copy plan with reference to base plan
Owner: User-B (This is populated by default depending on owner of the Plan)
Type: Demand Plan

2. Users selected for Private Access: User-B
Click ok

3. Save and Close on 'Duplicate Plan' UI.
4. Process stuck in 'Retrying' status.


EXPECTED OUTCOME
Duplicate Plan should complete successfully all the time.
