BICC Extract Failure Removes All Extracted Files From UCM Server (Doc ID 2536316.1)

After scheduling a BICC extract it fails due to an error (such as PVO is empty or a timeout error). After the failure, all previously PVO extracted files for that particular extract get deleted from the UCM server. Also no manifest file gets generated.
