Supplier Web Services - fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.19.01/suppliers is not working

In the response, getting 400-Bad request error

In the response body, getting - The requested version '11.13.19.01' is not defined or has been removed message

Not working URL - https://<POD>/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.19.01/suppliers

Working URL - https://<POD>/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/suppliers
