Last updated on NOVEMBER 08, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Supply Planning Cloud Service - Version 11.13.18.05.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Planned Orders not following sourcing rules.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Plan.
2. Go to Supplies and Demand.
Planned orders are being created with wrong sourcing information.
Planned Order is sourcing from Organization 1, but item does not exist in this Organization.
If this Planned Order is released, it creates a transfer order [TO] that only shows in the supply site, not in the demand site.
This TO can't be edited or canceled because it doesn't show under 'Manage transfer Orders'.

System is creating supply orders that can't be supplied nor canceled. It shows incorrect picture in the planning system.

Planned Order should not be created to source from Organization 1 as item does not exist in this Organization.
Planner Orders should be created as WO in the same Organization.
