In Fusion Product Information Management an item has been created with 'Asset Tracking' and 'Maintenance Asset' flags enabled in the Service attributes. This item has been used in a purchase order and received into the inventory. However an asset is not created in the Installed base automatically.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fusion Product Information Management (PIM) -> Manage Items -> Verify that the item has service attributes 'Asset Tracking' and 'Maintenance Asset' enabled
2. Create Purchase Order through Procurement and Receive the Purchase Order quantity into the Inventory
3. Navigate to Maintenance Management -> Manage Assets and search for the item -> Notice that no results are found
