On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Receiving

1) Is there a way to manage unexpected receiving, similar to in EBS R12?
    Navigation:  Inventory Management > Receipts > Receive Expected Shipments

2) Is it possible to match an unordered receipt to the RMA order?
