Unable To Click On An Instance And Ruleset Using Chrome Or Firefox (Doc ID 2541918.1)

Symptoms


Users are unable to click on an Instance and Ruleset using Chrome or Firefox.

When clicking on label and rule set using BPM Worklist/AMX nothing appears in the pane.  The basic and advance tab should be visible,  but that pane is frozen using either Firefox and Chrome and instead shows "People".

Issues are not appearing with Internet Explorer.and Edge, as an alternative solution.

It is expected that one should be able to view the Advanced Tab, Once they click on a Ruleset.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
