Symptoms

Import planned order doesn't upload all the rows

After importing purchase order and purchase requisition data, the logs don't show the correct numbers of rows and logs indicate errors in the data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Load Planning Data from Flat Files should import all data.

From the log file for the Load Entity Process:

The process Load entity started for the entity PURCHASE_ORDERS with the refresh number <Refresh Number>.
The number of records considered by the process Load entity: 0. The number of valid records, with errors and deleted: 0, 0 and 0.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload .zip file to UCM server.
2. Launch Load Planning Data from Flat Files job and enter parameters.
3. Check process status, and check log files for any errors.
