Unable To Load Sales Rep Details In 'Sales Organization' Dimension (Doc ID 2543734.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, SOP Analytics

When trying to load user-defined hierarchy for Sales Organization, hierarchy is created but level members were not created and Load Entity program is completing with error.


ERROR
ORA-06512: at "FUSION.MSC_COLL_HIERARCHIES", ORA-00936: missing expression


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Sales Organization Hierarchy using ScpUser-DefinedHierarchyImportTemplate.xlsm
2. Import the zip file and run Load Planning Data from flat files
3. Verify if process completes
