Task details (e.g. General Information, Hyperlinks to perform action) is missing in emails/Notifications.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Route Workflow (e.g. Quality Action, Quality Issue) to Approval status.
2. Add Approver.
3. Approver is notified through email.

4. Verify that Additional Details are missing in Email (i.e. Action Required...)

This issue is appearing for quality events.
