ERROR

Blank screen when buyers clicks on Add to Catalog button on the lines tab of the PO.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Order
2. Add Lines , click Add from catalog
3. Blank screen appears
