Qn1:On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Receiving

While creating receipt from Email, attachment is not processed.

When receive email notification for a receipt, if the user selects option receipt all and attach a document to the email, the attachment is not found in the application.

 

Currently this is an intended functionality that while creating a receipt from email, attachment is not processed, despite that the standard email notification shows the message attachment is possible:
