Receive Error When Selecting A BRAZIL Asset Book From The Fixed Asset Page

Symptoms
When selecting Brazil book from the Fixed Asset page, receiving the following error:
"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following
information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 169, Server
Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_HA, Application Name:
ORA_FSCM_UIAPP."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Fixed Assets
2. Click on the Asset Book to change the book
