Symptoms

Shop by Category in requisition :

1.Count of items in Parent Category and Subcategory is not matching
2.Count in the subcategory and item is not matching.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Procurement > Requisition
2. Click on Shop by category to check on the item count
