Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Approve Purchase Order notification

Approve Purchase Order notification in BPM and/or e-mail notification is not in BI Publisher format (looks like ADF format) and/or is not complete ( only contains title and buttons on the top of the page).
This problem can occur with one user or multiple users.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Approver to be able to see Approve Purchase Order notifications in BPM.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Purchase order, save and submit for approval
2. Approver does not receive e-mail and/or e-mail is in the wrong format layout (ADF layout) and/or is incomplete ( only contains title and buttons on the top of the page).
3. Approver signs on to FA, goes to BPM to review notification, notification in BPM is not in BI Publisher format and it is not complete. It looks like an ADF notification and/or is incomplete (only contains title and buttons on the top of the page).
