Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Actions button is not enabled in view PO pdf screen and PO is stuck in the Status of Pending Signature Preparation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a PO with require Signature enabled.
2.Submit the PO
3.Approve the PO
4.Status changes to Pending Signature Preparation.
5.Open the PO and Actions is not enabled to progress the PO further.
