Unable To Run Demand Plan (Doc ID 2550920.1)

On : version, Demand Plan

Manage Plans > Actions > Run Plan

When trying to run a Demand Plan, below error occurs.

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 151, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as2_01, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.

Incident Log shows below error:
ESS-02002 User began does not have sufficient privilege to perform operation submitRequest JobDefinition://oracle/apps/ess/scm/advancedPlanning/planmanagement/RunPlan.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Demand Plan UI
2. Manage Plans > Actions > Run Plan
3. Select the Plan run options and Click Submit
4. See error
