The Fusion Applications Audit Level Keeps Reverting To None (Doc ID 2554390.1)

Symptoms

After following  the steps below, the change does not persist. The next time one visits the same UI, the Audit Level shows None still instead of being changed to Auditing.

  1. Go to Setup and Maintenance > Manage Audit Policies
  2. Set the Audit Level to Auditing
  3. Click Save and Close
