On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Subscription Setup

Renewal Period LOV not showing any values

1. User is in Create Renewal Rules Template
2. List of values for 'Renewal Period' is empty

 

Steps: Navigation: Subscription Management > Subscription Configuration >Manage Subscription Rules > Renewal Rules Template > Create
