On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Supply Plan
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When user attempted to create Manual demand post Supply Plan run, When click on save it throws below mentioned error
ERROR:
An application error occured. See the incident log for more infomation. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 27,Server Domain: FADomain,Server Instance: UIServer_as1_03, Application Name:ORA_FSCM_UAPP.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open "Supplies and Demand" table in Plan
2. Create a manual demand
3. Search for the Manual Demand created
4. Click Save. This will throw an error as mentioned above
