Approval Notifications Do Not Trigger Questionnaires for Internal Supplier Registrations (Doc ID 2560352.1)

Goal

Requirement that when Registration Source is set up (Rule Sets for Approvals) for both Internal and External Supplier Registration Approval Notifications, a Questionnaire should be triggered for Internal Supplier Registrations.  Currently it is only triggered for External Supplier Registrations.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Supplier Qualification
  2. Manage Rule Sets
  3. Registration Approval
  4. Set up the Registration Source as both Internal and External
  5. Questionnaire only gets triggered for the External Supplier Registration Approval Notification, not for Internal Supplier Registration

For the Registration Approval Rules, after the Registration is approved (and the Supplier is created) then an initiative is launched and the Questionnaires are sent out. The initiative creation should be triggered by either External Supplier Registration Approval or Internal Supplier Registration Approval, or both, depending on the Registration Source setting on the rule.  The Questionnaire gets trigged when the Registration is approved, NOT as part of Approval Request Notification - which is a request to approve the Registration (Registration is not yet approved).
