Symptoms
When attempting to submit a Requisition for Approval, the following error occurs.
ERROR:

The application cannot determine the supervisor hierarchy of the requester. (POR-2010778)
Cause The hierarchy contains a loop.
Action Remove the loop in the supervisor hierarchy and resubmit the requisition.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. User A creates Requisition.
2. User A tries to submit the Requisition.
3. User A is getting the above error.

HCM has been modified.
