Goal

Purchase Order revision history not providing expected results. If we change the order quantity in a line and then in another line. Details of first revision are not coming properly in "View Revision history" option.

Example:
When co1 is created by changing the qty from 100 to 101 it is showing right details in change order details co1 of po revision history (changed_from 100 to changed_to 101)
When co2 is created by changing the qty from 101 to 102 it is showing right details in change order details co2 of po revision history(changed_from 101 to changed_to 102)
However,  after creating this co2 if you check the change order details of co1 in po revision history it is different. It is not showing the exact change (changed_from 100 to changed_to 101) instead it is
showing changed_from 102 to changed_to 101
