19C Regression: Newly Collected History Data Not Loading In Plan (Doc ID 2564945.1)

Symptoms

Newly collected history data is not identified and therefore not loaded into daily plans.  The Plan forecast does not use updated history data for existing plans when run with the “Refresh with current data” option.

The Plan completes successfully but newly collected history data is not reflected in the Plan’s forecast.

This impacts existing plan types:

Plan Type = “Demand Plan” with Planning Time Level = “Day”

Plan Type = “Demand and Supply Plan”

 

DOES NOT APPLY TO:

Plan Type = “Demand Plan” with Planning Time Level of anything other than “Day”, such as “Week”, “Month”, “Period”

Plan Type = “Supply Plan”

Plan Type = “Sales and Operations Plan”
