Collaboration Messaging Messages Not Visible

I have setup Collaboration Messaging for the client. When they go to Collaboration Messaging > Manage Collaboration Messaging History, they are not able to see PROCESS_PO_OUT and PROCESS_INVOICE_IN in the Document LOV.
Also even when the message is sent or received, the overview screen shows zero outbound or inbound messages.
But both the above are visible to my user. I want to know if there are any roles or privileges that I need to give to the users.
I have already made a custom role and given it to the user and still they are not able to see.
