ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Issue with Cxml of Communicating PO through OSN
When Communicating PO through OSN cxml was generated without bill to contact email id.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
CXML in OSN should have the email information for the Contact populated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) I have created a requisition using Punchout.
2) Approved the requisition
3) Converted the requisition to PO and Approved the PO.
4) Now the CXML was sent to Supplier, We checked the CXML in OSN the email information for the Contact was not populated.

The PO cXml sent failed validation at the Supplier level
