Goal

Need ability to delete booking history for a specific date range during 'Net Change' collection

Use  Case:

1. Collect Booking History based on Request Date using Targeted Refresh
2. Booking History will be collected and aggregated by Customer Site, item, Request Date, and Organization.
Example: Sales order 12345 with Request date of June 30th will be collected into Jun Period.
3. Sales order 12345 request date is changed in EBS to July 5th.
4. Recollect Booking History using "Net Change" mode (date range starting on June 1).

Booking history is aggregated by Customer Site, item, Request Date, and Organization. Since the request date is now aggregated into July period, a NEW record will be created. This will cause the booking history to be collected twice (once in June and once in July).
