Symptoms

Create Accounting for Payables ending in error due to missing currency balancing account

The customer have the following error
Message:
The subledger journal entry does not balance in one or more of the entered currencies. Cause: No entered currency balancing account was provided for your ledger and the journal is not balanced by entered currency.
Action: You must define an entered currency balancing account for the ledger or ensure the journal is balanced by entered currency.

The journal entry is not balanced by legal entity, and cannot be balanced because there are multiple legal entities on the debit and the credit line types
