PO Outbound to OSN is returning an error:
ERROR

Unable to invoke endpoint URI "https:///soa-infra/services/default/CmkCollaborationMessagingInboundServiceComposite/CollaborationMessageServiceV2" successfully due to: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Bad response: 401 Unauthorized
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to OSN and set up Edit Delivery Method and populate delivery method for test and production
2. Go to Edit Collaboration Messaging Service Provider and set up Delivery Methods
3. Communicate the purchase order.
4. Go to Manage Collaboration Messaging History and see the error message
