Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Unable to update Planner data with new Employee number.
When trying to update employee number on Planners through FBDI data collections the Employee Number is not updating.
Even with target refresh Employee number is not updating.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Employee number should be updated when running FBDI collection.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Populate template for Planner data.
2. Generate the CSV file
3. Upload to the UCM
4. Run Load Planning Data From Files process
5. Check the results.
