Symptoms
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Inventory Transactions
Customer cannot create Misc Transaction because Serial Number record shows as locked.
ERROR
-----------------------
Failed to lock the record in table INV_SERIAL_NUMBERS with key oracle.jbo.Key[XXXX], another user holds the lock.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Supply Chain Execution > Inventory Management > Task Bar > Create Misc Transaction
2. Create new Transaction Line
3. Enter Account information, Subinventory, Item number, and Serial Number
4. See the above error
