"Receive Supplier Commits" Job Not Pulling Supplier Commits To Supply Chain Planning (Doc ID 2578934.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
"Receive Supplier Commits" job not pulling Supplier Commits to SCP.
While trying to implement the complete Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) process, supplier commits from SCC to Oracle Supply Chain Planning (SCP) are not seen.
The data does exist in the VCS_ interface tables but is not in the data repository.
The forecast is loaded to SCC via FBDI template.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Supplier commits should be collected and visible in SCP


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Load forecast to SCC using FBDI template.
2. Applied Supplier Commits in SCC
3. Ran the job, Receive Supplier Commits.
4. Check in SCP and the data does not exist
