When attempting to Download the Contract Terms from a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) or Contract Purchase Agreement (CPA), the following error occurs:
The file was not downloaded or was not downloaded correctly.
Client received SOAP Fault from server : PublicReportService::generateReport for reportAbsolutePath [/Enterprise Contracts/Contract Terms Printing/ContractTermsLayout.xdo] failed: due to oracle.xdo.server.ServerException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.XDOSAXException: org.xml.sax.SAXException: element DocumentType is not supported yet.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to a BPA or CPA
2. Go to "Contract Terms" Tab
3. Go to "Terms Actions" Drop Down
4. Select "Download Contract"
5. Click on Download
Change in the default format of the "Contract Terms Download and Preview" in BI Publisher (BIP).
