PRC:PO: Change Order Initiated By Preparer but It Is Displaying As Requester (Doc ID 2579639.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior:
Initiating Party is showing as “Requester” instead of “Preparer”.

Expected Behavior:
It should display as “Preparer” who initiated the Change Order.

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
User is Creating PR from Procurement -> Requisitions -> Enter Requisition Line

Login as Preparer (Requester1, uk)
Procurement -> Requisitions -> Enter Requisition Line
Enter the Details
Enter Requester Name -> requester1, marketing
Approve PR
Create PO with this PR

Login as Preparer -> Select PR
Initiate Change Order -> Modify Amount
Initiating Party is showing as “Requester” instead of “Preparer”. It should display as “Preparer” who initiated the Change Order.

Initiator shows correctly as requester1, uk

Users are using the attribute Initiating Party in their Approval Rules, so it will be affected if this value is wrong
