Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Plan Fails when using a custom measure as weighted average

User configured price measures with 'weighted average' aggregation and 'weighted' by shipments history; the plan runs but those measures appear empty. If weighted average configuration is rolled back to just 'average' as they were, measures show data inside the tables.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Measures using 'Weighted average' should give values in pivot table.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create custom measure using 'Weighted average' and add to table and measure catalog.
2. Run the plan.
3. Review data in pivot table; measures using 'Weighted average' are blank.
