On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Create Requisition

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When selecting item from Punchout Catalog with UOM, "Pad", the UOM is not returned to the Cart

When selecting item from Punchout Catalog with UOM, "Pad", the UOM is not returned to the Cart. All other UOM's seem to be working and the External UOM is mapped to our Internal UOM. Is there anywhere else I need to check on the setup to see why this is not working?

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When selecting item from Punchout Catalog with UOM, "Pad", the UOM should returned to the Cart.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to supplier punchout
2. Add the item from supplier portal to cart
3. Return to the self service procurement cart

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create the requisition through the punchout for that item.
