Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Subscription Setup
When attempting to Add products in subscription,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Value "item description" for field Description exceeds the maximum length allowed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created an item with long description which is accepted in PIM
2.Go to subscription management
3.create the subscription
4.go to add products and select the product which we created in step 1
5.click save and continue
6.above error will appear
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add the product to the subscription
