Is there any issue (performance or otherwise) with having multiple Hierarchies for the same accounting segment?
Just to add more detail. Customer  would like to have the ability to run FRS reports on two different hierarchies. They need 2 sets of FRS reports to point to the two different Hierarchies. The example would be, have a standard Current and Baseline Hierarchies, but then also have another hierarchy and possibly call it Previous Year. Then have two sets of the same FRS reports, one pointing to the Current Hierarchy and another pointing to the Previous Year Hierarchy.
