 When Accessing PO from Requisitions Actions LOV does not show any Value - Why ?

1.Login into Fusion Applications
2.Navigate > Procurement > Purchase Requisitions
3.Then Navigate to Manage Requisitions
4.From Manage Requisitions Page Search for the Requisition which has a PO Already created
5.Click on the PO number to view PO Details
6.From this page click on Actions Drop down no LOV Shown
7. When the same Purchase Order is queried from Purchasing
Able to see the Action Lov Options
