OAAC: Unable To Do 3 Way SOD (Doc ID 2584075.1)

Goal

Issue: Unable to assign more than 2 SOD Entitlements to Oracle Fusion Advanced Access Control (OAAC)  Access Models after 19C upgrade.

Steps to recreate the issue:

Navigation:
Login to the Application > Advanced Controls Management > Advanced Controls > Models > Actions “Select Create Access Model”> Enter Name “e.g. Test 123” > Click “Model Objects +” > Select Access Entitlement > Click Add Filter for 3 Entitlement Object > Select Save and Close and you will get the below error displayed in the screen below:

"Filter that cite the Access Point and Access Entitlement business object can't exist at more than two vertical levels." 

Expected Outcome:
Should be able to save and close without the error as there can be controls that require 3 way SODs
