Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Manage Purchase Document

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A supplier responds to the message from a buyer and the buyer does not get the messages back. Additionally the response disappears from the suppliers message history and the replies cannot be found.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Response to buyer messages from the supplier should be delivered and viewable by the buyer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Buyer sends message to supplier
2. Supplier then responds to message but buyer does not receive the response
3. Additionally supplier cannot see the response that they sent previously
