Unable to perform Asset Mass Transfer via FBDI due to error :
"You must enter from and to distribution information for asset transfers.
The TRANSFER transaction Y failed for asset number XXX.
The number of records processed is K.
The number of records that failed is K"

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Prepare FBDI file using FixedAssetMassTransfersImportTemplate.xlsm template file;
2. Generate *.zip and *.csv files;
3. Upload the generated *.zip file using Load Interface File for Import process;
4. Submit the import process;
5. Prepare Asset Transaction Data process end in error with the message above.
