Maintenance Program Using Pattern Schedule is Not Generating Work Orders With Warning MNT-5580073 (Doc ID 2588175.1)

Symptoms

'Create Work Orders' action on maintenance program after generating forecast does
generate maintenance work orders but the following warning is displayed.
The forecast can be generated using the option 'Pattern Schedule' in maintenance program
but the work orders are not generated even-though the forecast was generated.

ERROR
-----------------------
There were no work orders created. Verify that a valid maintenance forecast exists. (MNT-5580073)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Maintenance Program and Pattern Schedule.
2. Save, then select Actions > Generate Forecast
3. Select Actions > Create Work Orders
4. Error/Warning is received.
