ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

"Is Blank" Filter not working when using AFC model using PO and Requisition BOs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

"Is Blank" Filter should be working when using AFC model using PO and Requisition BOs

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Model using PO and Requisition BOs, add following filters:
a. PO ID is Not Blank
2. Run the Model, it shows result (Say 10 records) fine with Requisition Numbers Blank for some (Say 4 records) and with Value for some (Say 6 records) of the PO records.
3. Add another filter as Requisition Number is Blank.
4. Run the Model and now there are no result. Expected is 4 records.
5. Now change the filter as as Requisition Number is not Blank.
4. Run the Model and now there are right result. it shows 6 records fine.

Note: tried with Is not Blank and Exclude filter but got no result.
BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot use the Is blank filter..
