Item Level Attributes Values are not Getting Collected to Planning

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Item level attributes values are not considered in table Advanced Filter
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create a DFF:
Manage Item Descriptive Flexfields > EGP_Systems_Items_DFF > Edit > Create
Enter info for DFF
Deploy DFF:
Manage Descriptive Flexfields - EGP_SYSTEM_ITEMS_DFF in flexfield code, click search, Actions -> Deploy flexfield
Map DFF from EGP_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B to MSC_SYSTEM_ITEMS :
Manage Planning Source Systems -> Actions -> Define Flexfield Mapping -> Add -> Enter info from DFF created
Define DFF to MSC_SYSTEM_ITEMS and deploy the DFF:
Manage Descriptive Flexfields -> MSC_SYSTEM_ITEMS in Flexfield Code, click search ->
Select the row and click Actions->Edit -> Add (Create) DFF and map it to the proper Global Attribute
Please note in this step "Add (Create) DFF and map it to the proper Global Attribute" - Table Column selected must be a Global Attribute.
Save and Close
Manage Descriptive Flexfields
MSC_SYSTEM_ITEMS in Flexfield Code, click search -> Select the row and click Actions->Deploy Flexfield
