ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After 19C, when multiple schedules are entered for one line in Purchase Order, duplicate committed costs lines are displayed in the Manage Committed Cost UI.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After 19C, when multiple schedules are entered for one line in Purchase Order, Corresponding correct committed costs line should be displayed in the Manage Committed Cost UI.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Project Linked Purchase Order
2. Import Commitments to Project Costing
3. See COMMITMENT data on Manage Committed Cost UI
