Problem In Schedule Process In Plan Run (Doc ID 2602608.1)

Problem is in Schedule Process to run a plan. System is not considering the time zone in the hour.

Start Date in Scheduled Process is getting considered as UTC timing while scheduling Plan Run even though Territory is set at Brazil (same is for other territory as well), which creates confusion.
